- No reception group training Monday 12th Feb due to half term, Back 19th Feb. All other groups as usual.
- Please remember that annual membership fees are now overdue. England Athletics have put up their fees by £1 and we have done so accordingly. Please renew/join ASAP as
- The club has a YHA discount scheme please speak to Anneke Bull for further info and how to get a discount when you book.
- All members please take note of the concrete flower pots by the pavilion on either side, especially by the fire escape. We are putting a light on this to make it more obvious but please warn other runners behind you when setting off on your group runs.
- Bristol 10km entries to be with Carol Fee by 10th March.
Club Team Races
- Saturday 3rd March – final Gwent League at Blaise Castle. Lots of help is needed to make this event a success. If you can help out setting out the course, marshalling, car park duty, refreshments etc please email Carol Fee at volunteers@westburyharriers.co.uk – remember you get club championship points for helping.
- Saturday 17th March – Midland 6/12 stage – speak to your team manager if you are available.
- Saturday 28th April – Master Road Relays at Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield. Please let your vet team managers Mike Mewse and Eithne Noonan know if you can run.
Events
- Monday 19th March AGM – in Coombe dingle sports bar after training. Details of current posts vacant to follow. Please do come along and support those that make your club run. Suggestions, comments, ideas are welcome. Light refreshments will be provided.
- Saturday 7th April – Ladies 90th Dinner celebrations at Kingsweston House – all welcome. Further information about tickets in due course.
- Saturday 28th April evening – Family awards night at Westbury-on-Trym village hall – 6.30pm – please come and support this event and make our annual awards night really special. Ticket information and prices to follow.
