Goodbye 2018. Hello 2019! I hope you’re all looking forward to your New Year celebrations and planning on getting in plenty of running for 2019. Perhaps even starting the year with a bang and getting the first race under the belt at the Hangover 10k?
Formal Training. I made a slight mistake in last week news, I blame too many Christmas brandies. The first formal training session is Monday 7th January at 7pm, not the 9th.
Bristol to Bath Marathon Training. In readiness for those who are participating in early season marathons a training run has been proposed for a run from Bristol to Bath (along the cycle path) on Saturday 16th February. If interested, leave a message to Lizzy on the WH Facebook page under Events.
