The 2016 Westbury Harriers Club Awards were presented Andrew Graffin, semi-finalist at the 2000 Sydney Olympics
Our U11 girls finished second in the Gwent League
Our U13 girls finished second in the Gwent League
Our U17 women won the Gwent League
Our U20 women won the Gwent League, with Emma Taylor 3rd overall
Abdi Hasan finished 4th overall (despite missing a race)
Our U20 men finished second in the Gwent League
Our Women Masters 55 won the Gwent League
Our male masters 45 won the Gwent League, with the M35 and M55 teams both second overall
Neil Miller was the Gwent League Sheilah Crump voluteer of the year
Richard Hughes was voted the Richard Bloss personality of the year
Highlighted club personalities of the year
Coaching awards
Shirley Hume won the committee award for her slirling work as treasurer
The Peter Griffin memorial award went to Kate Howard
Caroline Bull and Oli Beale were chosen as our new club captains
Best Newcomers for the year
Most improved
U11 club awards went to Ruby Saunders (and Seamus Robinson)
U13 club awards went to James Harrrod and Kate Howard
U15 club awards went to Ellie Hobbs and Aidan Noble
U17 club awards went to Hannah Hobbs (and Ben Whitaker)
U20 club awards went to Emma Jones and Adam Wilson
Senior club awards went to Kelly Winstone and Oli Beale
Masters club awards went to Rick Wallis (and Anneke Bull)
Team of the Year were the Midlands U17 relay champions: Ellie Wallace, Hannah Hobbs and Ellie Leather
Athletes of the Year were Abdi Hasan and Hannah Hobbs
