We are often asked by members what their EA number is.
If you are not aware what URN/ EA number is at all then this is your unique reference that England Athletics assign to you when we register you with them.
This number is useful when you are enter races and want to get the discount offered to England Athletics members. It’s also used by us when we enter you into club races like the Gwent League and National Cross Country Championships.
All members have an EA number with the exception of those under 11.
To find your EA number, log into the website and look in your profile which is found by hovering over the welcome message in the top right hand corner of your screen (this is also where you log out). This is an opportunity to check that your details are all up-to-date.
Remember that every member of the club needs an account on our website so those of you with family accounts, you will need to log into each account separately to find each EA number.
Once you have your URN/ EA number you can check your details in the Athletes Portal. If you haven’t ever received a membership card from EA then you might want to check you details are correct on the portal.
