The home leg of the Gwent cross country league is on Saturday 3rd March
We need people helping from sun up to set the course, then on car park duty, marshalling and for clear up.
If you can let me know if you can help (also let me know if you are planning to run). If you have done a job before and are happy to do the same then that would be a great help, the course is the same as previous years.
Anyone not running then you are my ideal marshall, but all helpers welcome. remember you also get club championship points!
