Thursday 22nd December is the Weston Prom and afterwards a Christmas meal in the Brewers Fayre pub. All club members welcome. Always a really fun and sociable night. If you have not entered other prom races you can enter on the night. It is a flat 5 mile race along Weston’s seafront promenade. It is well attended by local clubs, suitable for all abilities and reasonably priced.
Sandra Bailey-gard is taking the orders for the Christmas meal. It is £10.49 for 2 courses of £13.49 for 3 courses.
Starters – Tomato & roasted red pepper soup, breaded mushrooms, prawn cocktail or coarse pork pate
Mains – Roast turkey, beer battered fish & chips, brocoli & mushroom wellington, festive burger
Desserts – Christmas pudding, Christmas brownie, ice cream sundae with after eight or salted caramel profiteroles
