Just a reminder to all runners to tick off their name on the sign in sheets. On a Monday night sign in sheets need to be ticked for the outward group run and then on return. On Thursday just sign in once so we can record attendance.
London Marathon Club Draw. On Monday the club draw will be taking place for the London Marathon. The drawing of names will take place at 7pm, due to this expect a slightly shorter run than normal.
Efforts Session. Due to the recent heavy amounts of rain we are likely to be on the roads this Thursday.
Member Nominations of the Month- Junior. Well done to Daniel Pemble for being selected as December’s junior member of the month. This was due to impressive results in the Gwent League and also coming first in the Avon Primary Schools Year 5 cross country.
Member Nominations of the Month- Senior. Anthony Glover was nominated as the senior runner this month. Anthony MV40 was the second top finisher for Northern Ireland in the British and Irish Master Cross Country International, held in Swansea in November
