House of Commons Survey on the Use of Parks

A nationwide survey of park users is underway by a House of Commons select committee.  It appears that Local Authorities have no statutory duty to maintain local parks, and in these days of cutbacks they are looking at other ways of funding their upkeep (e.g. by charging).  This is an important matter for us (as for all park users).  If you have the time, please follow this link to look at what’s going on, and participate in the survey (link for the survey is in the bottom right hand corner, not very obvious).
