Gwent League volunteering information
Please sign up above if you are able to assist with volunteering. We need a significant number of volunteers to marshal the event, and many may be running during the day in their respective races; so we need a team effort out on the course!
Further information will be updated here when available on the Gwent League website.
All marshals will need to report to the Westbury Harriers Club base, Hi Viz jackets / signs / equipment will be provided as needed for your roles.
Marshal positions
Course Marshals: Various positions around the course. Morning & Afternoon shifts + All day options! ~20 Marshals are needed around the course.
Early Setup Marshals: Supporting laying out the course. ~08:00 -> 10:30.
Early Course Marshal: ~11:00 -> 13:00.
Late Course Marshal: ~ 13:00 -> 16:00.
Packing Up: As many as possible! Many hands make light work! ~16:30 onwards.
