An event like the Gwent League, which we’re hosting on Saturday 3rd December, can only take place thanks to the efforts of lots of volunteers. Can you help? We need people to set up the course from 8am, help with car parking from 10:15, marshal the race from 11am, and a late marshal’s shift + take down the course from 1:15. If you can help, please let Carol Fee know (volunteers@westburyharriers.co.uk).
We will also need a couple of people to help out with refreshments from 10:15 (could be split into shifts). And all you aspiring Great British Bakers out there – donations of cake to sell on the day would be most welcome.
Don’t forget that car parking will be difficult, so allow plenty of time to park and walk.
