The Bristol 10K is looking for marshals to make sure that the roads are clear for the runners and to keep spectators on the pavement.
They are also looking for pacemakers. They should be able to run the 10k between 50-70 minutes carrying a backpack with a flag attached.
The pacemakers would have free entry or their entry fee refunded. The club would receive a donation from the organisers for the marshals’ help.
