- Monday 10th July – Westbury Wipeout – no usual training
- Friday 14th July – Avon Mob Match 10km on towpath course – £2 payable on the night, all welcome.
- Monday 21st August annual charity run for all groups .
- Monday 28th August – no training as bank holiday.

- Lots of people have still not collected their shoe tag – please do make sure these are worn.
- Don’t forget to enter your results for the club championships onto the wesbite. If you don’t enter your results you won’t count
- Next season Gwent league fixtures available on their website
